Thank you for choosing VisioneX Academy. We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your enrollment. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.


Course Cancellation by Students

You may request a cancellation under the following conditions:

  • Cancellations must be requested within 7 days of enrollment.
  • The course must not be completed beyond 20% of its total content.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations after the 7-day period.

Cancellation of Live Sessions & Workshops

  • Live classes, webinars, and workshops are non-refundable once booked.
  • If a session is canceled by VisioneX Academy, a full refund or rescheduling option will be provided.

Subscription & Membership Cancellation

  • Subscriptions can be canceled anytime before the next billing cycle.
  • Once a subscription period has started, it is non-refundable.

Course Cancellation by VisioneX Academy

We reserve the right to cancel any course due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases:

  • Students will receive a full refund or the option to enroll in a similar course.
  • Notifications will be sent via email to affected participants.
